What is the New France Festival?

It is an historical celebration of the arrival of the first Europeans in North America.

During 4 days, the old city of Quebec travels in time. The festivities include music shows, street entertainment, reenactments, gourmet experiences and a parade. Hundreds of  artists, crafters and interpreters are scattered in the streets of the lower part of the old Quebec city to bring the past back to life.
